1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan  cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish (Optional):
Lemon wedges
Additional chopped parsley

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Prepare the Shrimp:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. 

3. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp

I have been buying the shrimp for years. It is such a great value. The raw shrimp is 3 pounds and it is peeled and cleaned. The price did go up a little bit, but it’s still a great bargain.

3 pounds of shrimp for a great price.

These shrimp never disappoint depending on the dish they are usually so large I need to cut them in half.  Although frozen they taste like fresh shrimp every time.

Large seems X-large

Absolutely love the raw shrimp! I bake it in the oven at 350 for 8-10 min but first I toss it with some garlic olive oil, garlic salt and a half tablespoon of melted coconut butter, spread on a baking sheet and dot with real butter then bake it in the oven. OMG it's delicious paired with some linguine, try it you will love it!

I have made 3 meals for my husband and me with this bag of shrimp. Shrimp Scampi twice and another dish. Delicious!

I buy this just about every time I go. It's so economical and easy to prepare without having to prep the shrimp.

The frozen shrimp are really great quality.  We have tried others, and found these to be the best.  We get the frozen salmon as well, another great product.

Fantastic Shrimp

Most of the packages in the freezer case had lot of freezer burned shrimp in them. We dug to find one with the least amount. The quality is still good especially for the price. But this was the first time purchasing where the shimp were of that quality. Normally we have no issues
