Member's Mark Honeycrisp Apple Lattice Pie is our classic dessert for all occasions. We wanted to provide our members with a traditional American staple for any holiday, big or small, that is easy to execute.

How It's Made

This pie is made fresh with whole honeycrisp apples that come directly from our farmers after harvest and are peeled and cored on-site. Once ready, the apples are processed from whole apple to pie within 20 minutes. We toss the apples in Vietnamese ground cinnamon, which gives our pie an added sweet, pungent, woody flavor and aroma.

Fresh Baked Apples and a Flakey Crust

Our apple pie starts with a foundation of a buttery, flakey crust that is filled with freshly peeled baked honeycrisp apples tossed in sugar and cinnamon. Each bite tastes like fall and will make you want to enjoy it year-round.

I know apple pie and this is a very good apple pie. The crust is flaky, the spicing well done and apples well cooked. It compares favorably to the best apple pie in the world, i.e. my wife's. In fact she quit baking because these are so good she figures "why bother?"

I don't see how it won an award. The crust was dry and bland. Some apples had some flavor while others were like raw potatoes. I won't be wasting any more money on this pie.
