How is Fresh Sushi Made?

The original sushi was created in Asia, and has been a classic Japanese food since the 8th century. It is made by taking small chunks of raw fish and other ingredients and wrapping them in seaweed and rice. The fish used in sushi needs to be sushi-grade, which means it meets high standards for fat content, freshness and taste. The fish is frozen to a temperature below -60° F to ensure it's sashimi grade.

There's something to be said about the sushi prepared at Sam's Club. We noticed the woman preparing sushi. She watches the time. What this tells us, is that she makes sure the sushi is fresh, since it's comprised of some delicate ingredients. That alone is reason to buy sushi from Sam's Club.
