Product details

Member's Mark Blackened Atlantic Salmon is boneless, skinless, pre-seasoned and individually frozen and vacuum packed. Thaw as much or as little you need for your meal, then cook and serve. Member's Mark Blackened Atlantic Salmon is Standard Certified, which means that it's acceptable to eco systems and approved by third parties. Cooking Instructions

Thawing:

Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed.

Grill:

Preheat grill to medium, grill defrosted salmon on both sides for 6-8 minutes each.

Oven:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake defrosted salmon for 16-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Bake frozen fillets for additional 10 minutes or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F

My husband likes these spicy blackened salmon fillet’s very much, but they’re a little too spicy for my taste. I like the way they are individually portioned. Since I prefer the plain salmon fillets, I can pan fry one of each kind.

I am so glad to see this blackened salmon back at Sam’s. I purchased it years ago and cannot find it anymore. It is so flavorful you can cook it anyway pan sear in olive oil, place it on the grill, inside or outside, bake it in the oven. It pairs beautifully with spinach and Mexican corn and garlic bread
