How Do You Prepare Member's Mark Beef Tongue?

We suggest you cook Member's Mark Beef Tongue within 3-5 days after purchase. Slow Cooker: Place beef tongue, onion, garlic, salt and bay leaf in the slow cooker. Cover with water. Cook on low for 8 hours Remove beef tongue and let cool slightly. Chop meat into bite size pieces. Melt butter in a skillet, add the beef tongue, and cook for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Use in tongue (lengua) tacos, wraps or on a salad.
