These chicken thighs are nourished with an all-vegetarian diet and come with No Antibiotics Ever (NAE). Minimally processed and free from artificial ingredients, added hormones, or steroids, this high-protein, all-natural product ensures pure, delicious chicken you can rely on.

Rich Flavor and Versatile Cooking

Renowned for their rich, succulent flavor, chicken thighs are a favorite for their ability to stay moist during cooking. Perfect for quick sautés, stir-fries, curries, kebabs, and more, these thighs are a versatile choice for any recipe.

Convenient Multi-Pouch Packaging

Designed for your busy lifestyle, the multi-pouch vacuum-sealed packaging locks in freshness and extends shelf life. It offers effortless portion control—simply grab one pouch for a single meal while keeping the rest perfectly sealed. The mess-free storage optimizes space in your refrigerator or freezer, streamlining your meal prep without compromising flavor or quality.

Cooking Instructions

1. Thaw Completely: If frozen, ensure chicken thighs are fully thawed in the refrigerator. Never thaw at room temperature.

2. Pat Dry: Use paper towels to pat the chicken thighs dry. This is crucial for achieving a good sear or crispy skin if applicable.

3. Season Well: Season generously on all sides with salt, black pepper, and your preferred herbs or spices. Thighs can handle robust flavors.

4. Cook Thoroughly: Cook chicken thighs until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F using a food thermometer. Thighs are more forgiving than breasts and are often preferred cooked to a slightly higher temperature for optimal tenderness and texture.

5. Rest: For juicier results, let the cooked chicken thighs rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing or serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.

Meal Idea - Balsamic Brown Sugar Chicken

Prep Time: ~10-15 minutes (for Marinade Prep)+ Overnight Marination / Cook Time: ~15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6-8 ct. Member's Mark Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 3 tblsp balsamic vinegar, divided
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 tblsp brown sugar
  • 2 tblsp kosher salt
  • 2 tblsp honey
  • 1 tblsp mustard (Dijon or yellow, based on preference)

Directions

1. Marinate Chicken (Overnight): In a food storage bag, combine 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons kosher salt. Add the chicken thighs to the bag. Seal the bag and toss gently to ensure the chicken is well coated. Refrigerate and let marinate overnight.

2. Preheat Grill (Next Day): The next day, preheat your outdoor grill on high heat, then reduce it to low.

3. Grill Chicken: Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade (discard any remaining marinade). Place the chicken on the preheated grill. Grill for approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.

4. Prepare Glaze: While the chicken is grilling, combine the remaining 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon mustard in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.

5. Serve: Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the grill. Drizzle the prepared balsamic glaze over the chicken, or over a fresh lettuce salad to serve alongside the chicken thighs. Enjoy!

Absoulety Foul Chicken

I purchased a package of chicken thighs from Sam's Club on June 20 with a use-by date of July 3. I froze the package the same day I bought it. This was my first time purchasing the new plastic-sealed packaging instead of the previous fresh-packed styrofoam trays. Whenever I cut the package open, while still frozen!! I was hit with an overwhelming rotten egg smell that was so strong it made me gag. The odor was absolutely disgusting and immediately made me question the quality and freshness of the product. I've purchased Sam's Club chicken many times in the past and never experienced anything like this. I'm extremely disappointed with what feels like a downgrade in both the packaging and the overall quality of the product. Based on this experience, I will be hesitant to purchase this chicken again unless the quality improves. This isnt the first mistake ive had with sams club and it seems like the reasons to stop shopping with them are stacking.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs and bits.

What is going on with the new packaging? No more large container of whole boneless skinless chicken thighs. Now you get several mini packs of chicken thighs, each containing a few thighs and some extra “bits”. All stewing in their own juices, instead of draining into the normal absorbent pad that every other butcher uses. The chicken thigh packets must be measured by weight because I’ve had two to three whole chicken thighs and a few “bits”, not connected to any thigh, just thrown in the package with the thighs. This is in every individual packet! It should read “chicken thighs with extra bits” Unless you’re planning on cutting up your thighs into bite size pieces, what are you supposed to do with all those extra “bits”? I want whole thighs, I paid for whole thighs. The quality of chicken in general has gone way down with this new packaging. The excessive juice in the each packet is unpleasant and the chicken texture is different. Sadly, the chicken breasts are also packaged this way, as is all the chicken. This is not a good change.
