A friend recommended this pillow and I decided to try it.  The pricing was very reason and it turns out to be the best pillow I have ever owned.  I’m planning to get a second one.

Best Pillow Ever

This is the first pillow I've found in ages that doesn't go flat. I've had neck fusion and this gives me wonderful support sleeping on either my side or back. I wake up with at least 75% fewer severe headaches than from using many other pillows, that were all substantially more expensive than this is.  I will be buying at least one more to take with me on vacation.

So glad I found this pillow, “Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow”. It has made a world of difference in my sleep. I have acid reflux and need a firm pillow to keep my head elevated. This pillow has helped tremendously! Only has 2 size options - King & Standard. No Queen unfortunately. Nevertheless, if you are having difficulty sleeping, try this pillow. It does keep your head elevated at a comfortable level and it stays cool. Highly recommend pillow for acid reflux sufferers. Hope my review will help others. Also, I did remove the zippered pillow protective cover, washed it & put it back on. Felt it needed to be refreshed.

Sleeping so much better!

I've been trying several different pillows, and the last few have not really been cool. Although they were supposed to be cooling memory gel pillows, this one is cool, stays cool and is firm enough that it doesn't just mush, so that my head starts falling in at an awkward angle so I really like this pillow.  It is worth every dollar I paid for it although I will warn you that for the first few days, it does have a kind nasty smell. So if that is going to bother you, I would take it out and leave it out for a few days before you started sleeping on it. The smell should be gone by then.

Comfy and cool

I love this pillow!  I am a side sleep who has always loved latex foam and thought I would hate memory foam. My old foam pillow was well last time to be discarded but nothing else I tried was comfortable and latex is so expensive now. I happened to see this one in the warehouse and decided to try again. I let it sit to degas for two days. It is just the right thickness and soft like foam but not so squishy that you sink down to the mattress. I am completely satisfied.

The perfect alternative for latex foam lovers

I've been on the hunt for a pillow like the one my wife has had for years—tried everything from super expensive options to “too good to be true” deals. This one is the closest I've found in terms of comfort, and it's actually a great value. Really happy with it!

Great pillow.

Nice semi-firm foam pillow. Isnt super hard like some. It has a nice,breathable quilted pattern on it. Marked it down to 4 stars because it had a bit of a smell offgassing from it, and needed to place it in storage for a bit to rid of that, otherwise nice purchase.

Semi firm foam pillow

These pillows look and feel nice, but they’re not as comfortable to sleep on as they look. There is also a strong lingering factory smell on them that is supposedly due to an anti-microbial the manufacturer puts on the pillow. Probably something that you shouldn’t lay your head on night after night. I would return them if I could.

Nice looking, but not worth it.

The pillows actually have very nice loft and are comfortable to lay on, but they are in no way, shape, or form a cooling material. 
These pillows are not only NOT cooling, but they actually get so hot that I would wake up sweating wherever my head and neck was touching the pillow. 
We tried multiple pillow case fabrics just in case that was the issue, but it always came down to the pillow simply not doing what it is advertised to do.

Does not provide a cooling sensation at all

The pillow foam still reeks after several weeks and make everything in contact with it also smell like vomit.  I wouldn’t wish this pillow on my worst enemy.
