1. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil
2. Add one tray of pasta and stir immediately; then simmer gently for 4 minutes, or until desired tenderness
3. If frozen, do not thaw. Cook for 1 additional minute (internal temperature to reach 165F using a food grade thermometer)

This incredibly quick and satisfying dish brings together tender chicken, smoky bacon carbonara ravioli, and a rich, creamy sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal when you're short on time but craving something delicious!

Yields: 4-6 servings Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10-12 minutes

Ingredients:

• ½ package Member's Mark Bacon Carbonara Ravioli
• 2-3 Member's Mark Italian Herb Grilled Chicken Breasts 
• 1 ½ cups Member's Mark Half & Half 
• ½ cup Member's Mark Grated Parmesan Cheese 

Equipment:

• Member's Mark 5.5-Quart Modern Ceramic Jumbo Cooker  

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken: On a cutting board, slice the grilled chicken breasts lengthwise, then cut into thin, bite-sized strips.
2. Warm the Pan: Place a large skillet over low to medium heat.
3. Create the Sauce Base: Pour the 1 ½ cups of Member's Mark Half & Half into the warm skillet.
4. Add Chicken & Ravioli: Once hot, gently add the cut chicken strips and the ½ package of Member's Mark Bacon Carbonara Ravioli to the skillet with the half & half.
5. Combine & Cook: Stir all ingredients well to ensure the chicken and ravioli are evenly coated with the cream. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook on low to medium heat for 5 minutes.
6. Finish with Parmesan: Uncover the skillet. Add the ½ cup of Member's Mark Grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Simmer to Thicken: Stir everything together again. Let the mixture simmer, uncovered, for an additional 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
8. Serve: Ladle into bowls and enjoy your easy, creamy pasta!
