Our saunas are large and heavy items shipped via LTL freight service. Your order will arrive curbside on a pallet in 2 to 3 large boxes.

  • Curbside Delivery Only: Due to carrier insurance policies, the driver will not be able to move the boxes inside your home, garage, or backyard.
  • Accessibility: Your delivery location must be accessible to a full-size freight truck (up to a 53' trailer) with enough space to safely maneuver.

  • Moving Your Sauna: We highly recommend having assistance available on the day of delivery, as saunas are very heavy and require multiple people to move safely.

GREAT PRODUCT

This sauna was very well packed in 3 boxes. The delivery driver had a pallet jack and wheeled it right in my garage. I opened one box at a time and brought in the pieces one at a time. My wife and I (both 70) easily handled everything except the front glass panel. I got a neighbor to help me carry that. My opinion- 2 normal size guys can carry the glass panel. I have ordered many things in my life that required assembly and I honestly can say this was one of the easiest things I've ever assembled. Had it completely assembled in 30 minutes. Also very pleased with the operation of the sauna. Extremely good value.

Buyer Beware- Electrician Needed

**EDIT- great customer service. see notes below. This is a beautiful sauna but I feel it is being falsely advertised. This got delivered via a local pallet delivery service. I tipped the driver in order to bring the pallet into the garage so we wouldn't have to carry it so far. It came in 3 boxes. 2 of the boxes we were able to move inside. The 3rd box, which contained the glass door was too heavy so we took it apart. The glass door is very awkward and heavy and I wish we paid someone to help us move it. We ended up having to take the door off the hinges in order to lighten it. It took 3 of us, 3 hours to move the boxes from the garage inside and assemble it. All of that to realize we can't simply "plug it in" like the item description says." Plug and Play convenience - simply plug into standard outlet- no electrician needed". This is untrue. This is NOT a standard plug, it's a 20amp plug. I was just quoted $300 to install a new breaker and outlet to accommodate the 20amp power needed. If you do not have a 20amp outlet in your house, beware of additional electrical cost needed to make sure you can actually use this. Also I wish we hired someone to carry and install this.

Excellent Sauna at a Reasonable Price

My husband and I are 70 years old. We put this together in two hours. It is WONDERFUL ! The Bluetooth speakers are excellent quality. We steam our Sirius.XM. SO SOOTHING. The sauna smells delightful. The wood is clean and smooth. The pieces fit together perfectly. We understood the specific wiring needs as we read the description. It was just under $300 to wire the specific plug. . The heat is very clean and even. I really wish we had bought this fine piece of furniture earlier. Totally recommend this sauna.
