This has been great so far! It's impressive shipping was free! Once purchased, there was great communication via email and text messages in regards to delivery. Yes it is a semi trailer so they need adequate room to navigate. We were told since we lived off a county road, the driver would not be able to deliver. Since we wanted to proceed with the purchase, we knew we would need to make arrangements to receive the sauna. The delivery was fast! Once it was on its way, we received a call from the dispatch center who it would be delivered by. They were familiar with the area. They gave us a date and window time frame it would be delivered. We were able to talk to them about the area and how the driver could travel in order for it to be delivered at the bottom of our steep gravel driveway. We were told it would be delivered around 1 PM and it sure was! The driver was great! The sauna arrives on a pallet, nicely wrapped with 3 large boxes. He was able to use his pallet jack and lift and navigated the pallet off the truck and onto the side of the gravel road at the end of our driveway. We borrowed a friends pickup to haul the sauna up to our house (100 feet). My husband and I were able to physically do this, but each box is HEAVY! We left the boxes outside where we unpacked and unboxed the pieces and took the pieces in individually inside our house. Our 16 year old son helped with the door. We were able to build it easily. One side didn't want to easily latch, but that is what happens with wood. My husband did have to research and purchase supplies to add it to its own breaker in the house. We have used it a couple of times. It warms up quickly. You need to plan 20 to 30 minutes in advance, so it is ready and to your desired temperature. The bluetooth capability is nice and paired easily to our phones. The speakers are nice! We have not figured out how to change the light color and 'red' is the option, if you want to use the light. I'm not sure if this is operator error or what the problem is and have not been bothered enough to really try and figure it out. It smells so good and we are very happy with the purchase!!! I would recommend this to anyone looking at buying a sauna! The price was great and the whole process was smooth!

**EDIT- great customer service. see notes below. This is a beautiful sauna but I feel it is being falsely advertised. This got delivered via a local pallet delivery service. I tipped the driver in order to bring the pallet into the garage so we wouldn't have to carry it so far. It came in 3 boxes. 2 of the boxes we were able to move inside. The 3rd box, which contained the glass door was too heavy so we took it apart. The glass door is very awkward and heavy and I wish we paid someone to help us move it. We ended up having to take the door off the hinges in order to lighten it. It took 3 of us, 3 hours to move the boxes from the garage inside and assemble it. All of that to realize we can't simply "plug it in" like the item description says." Plug and Play convenience - simply plug into standard outlet- no electrician needed". This is untrue. This is NOT a standard plug, it's a 20amp plug. I was just quoted $300 to install a new breaker and outlet to accommodate the 20amp power needed. If you do not have a 20amp outlet in your house, beware of additional electrical cost needed to make sure you can actually use this. Also I wish we hired someone to carry and install this.

Pretty amazing. We purchased the 3 person suana. Packed really well. You will need help with the glass door getting it into house. The other parts piece by piece by one person no problem. Quality is very nice doesnt look cheap and looks professional. Took my wife and I 30 min to put together. Yes you do need a 20 amp outlet and breaker. If you cant install that it will probably cost you under $400 to have a professional to install. But thumbs up here. Nice product. I do recommend that the company moves the sticker " designed in California" its too large and leaves a mess when taking off and its right on the front glass door.

My husband and I are 70 years old. We put this together in two hours. It is WONDERFUL ! The Bluetooth speakers are excellent quality. We steam our Sirius.XM. SO SOOTHING. The sauna smells delightful. The wood is clean and smooth. The pieces fit together perfectly. We understood the specific wiring needs as we read the description. It was just under $300 to wire the specific plug. . The heat is very clean and even. I really wish we had bought this fine piece of furniture earlier. Totally recommend this sauna.

This is awesome. Well packaged and easy to put together. The electric was easy because we are contractors, but doesn't cost much to get an electrician. Perfect for my home spa.

The process of recieving this item was horrendous. I was scheduled for delivery from the shipping company 3 weeks after ordering. Day of never heard from them until after 11:30 a.m when I reached out to them for a time frame as the email states it will be a 4 hour window. It is not it is an 8 hour window, only to THEN be told they couldn't even deliver that day, had I not reached out I would have been waiting all day with no communication.A week later I am once again calling them asking for a time frame to be told he would call me back after finding my paperwork in 10 minutes. 45 Minutes later still hadn't called back. Reach out to the manufacturer and they could not help without calling the shipping company. Sam's ended up hanging up when I was waiting for a supervisor. Delivery driver finally reached out and had a very poor attitude on the phone. Unless you like wasting your time trying to track down your $2200 sauna as well as waiting a month, Do not go with Sam's club and do not go with this manufacturer.

This product ships directly from the manufacturer, Golden Designs. They have the most inflexible shipping policies I've ever heard of, especially for something this expensive. You cannot request a specific day or time and no weekend delivery, which can be worked around, but they also will not deliver to your door (curbside only) AND they also won't even delivery to your curb unless you live on a street that doesn't have a cul-de-sac or turnaround. They say their drivers can't navigate turnarounds or reverse so you better live on a street they can drop several hundred pounds of boxes at your curb and keep going straight on out the neighborhood or you're going to waste a bunch of time trying to convince their Customer Service team that you have had dozens of shipments via semi without any issue, including sending them screenshots from Google Maps showing the turnaround at the end of the street they say they can't see on Google Maps. This is a brand new neighborhood and we have never had anyone, including the cross country movers that moved us here on a semi truck, say our address is undeliverable. Don't waste your time or money and buy somewhere else.
