We bought this for our 5 grandsons. Overall we are very pleased with this set. Delivery drivers were very friendly and respectful of our property and equipment.  The product itself is very well made. We had no issues with any missing parts or damages. Our only issue was the identification of the parts. We spent a lot of time trying to identify the correct parts. Our suggestion to the company would be to label with a sticker, if nothing else. It would make set-up easier, for sure.

Well Built!

This is high quality.  We were very impressed as we put it together.  As others recommended, we carefully sorted and organized the parts ahead of time.  We did steps out of order twice, and it messed us up both times.

We had 3ish people: 
1.  Someone to read a step ahead and gather the right parts and deliver them to the “workers” as they needed them (mom)
2. Lead construction guy (dad)
3 and sometimes 4. Holders and helpers.  Teen boys did heavy stuff and helped with connecting.  Smaller kids held and handed smaller parts.  The kids kind of wandered on and off the job site.  :) 

With that system, it went very smoothly, and was “easy” to assemble.

My husband spent 2 full days putting this together. It went together pretty easily, with a few small issues. Couldn't find the directions so called customer service, they were very nice. Eventually found them in the box with the roof panels which are the last thing to do. Kids love it! The space between the edge of the platform and the climbing wall was a little nerve wracking for us with a 3.5 and 1.5 year old, but it's hard to see that in pics.

At times it was difficult figuring out which part was which during assembly (maybe Lifetime could add small numbered stickers to the parts?) but, overall, it's an amazing playset and I'm so happy I purchased it!  It's very sturdy and it looks great in our back yard!

Well Built and Looks Great Too!

We bought a plaster for our little guy. The staff came promptly on time and were very quick and thorough in assembling the play set. They made sure it was the the right location of the yard and were very courteous. Anyone looking at getting outdoor play equipment should try lifetime. I would recommend them to anyone.

Service beyond expectation!

We are impressed with this play-set and the kids love it! It was not hard to assemble, it just took time. I recommend following the directions instead of assuming how it goes together! It is made of thick, solid materials and is very sturdy. We would recommend this product and company!

Very happy with the purchase. Quality seems great. Packaging was good. Seems far superior to wood play sets. This will last years. My only complaint was no paper instructions. I had to use my phone and find them on website. I took me 2.5 days of serious work. I had a second hand for less than half of the time. Which included my mother and my 7 year old daughter. But with a little creativity and engineering we were able to put this together rather fast. Make sure you follow all steps. I had to redo some steps because I missed small details in assembly process. Overall very happy with my purchase

Quality is important

Purchased this 4 years ago and I think it is used daily most of the year. Often used by 3 or more at a time. It has held up well under this kind of use. Everything still working. Just recently found a crack in the top bracket around a weld. When I contacted customer service a replacement part was shipped very quickly. Thank you again Heidi

Kids use this daily

So glad my wife found this swingset that is not wooden. All we see is worn down gray wooden sets around and this one should last. I was shocked with the quality. I put this together myself with the help of my 7 and 4 year old boys holding a few things and getting screws. Every weld and every hole alignment was perfect. I do recommend 2 adults for assembly - I could have saved probably an hour throughout just having somebody hold and press some of the plastic caps for the holes to align and me to get a nut on. However I was able to basically do the whole thing myself in about 11-13 hours over 4 days. While building, I ended up spending a lot of time playing with the kids as we finished each component.  There is a BILT app I downloaded that has 3D panoramic instructions that read you the directions over and over again. It would’ve been significantly more difficult with just the paper instructions. That app is a must. It allows you to pan and zoom into even the holes for each screw. 

The set is sturdy. Our family of 5 sit in the fort area up top. The main pipes are very rigid and I do the monkey bars at 180 pounds and it almost feels like a commercial playground. It also looks and feels like a quality paint. There are no sharp edges on the welds or anything like that. 

One roof support was bent at the very end and a bolt wouldn’t go through. I was able to bend it with pliers and a vice and drill the hole a bit bigger with a drill bit. Otherwise it was flawless. 

Protip: directions and most hardware are in box 6 of 6. Download the app and watch that quick before install. 

It’s the first thing the boys run to over a month in. Couldn’t be happier with this set. We checked all out boxes (slide (2), fort, monkey bars, rock wall) and still paid less than the popular cedar swingsets available around here. Called in and got 5% discount. 

Last thing, I’m thrilled we don’t have to spend a weekend each summer staining this thing every year.

I love Amy! She was very quick in assisting me through our email exchange and has registered my playset after I got (I tried to do it myself) but she personally handled it herself. She was very patient and generous about my requests and concerns.

The only thing I wish would improve are our slide came in scuffed (could’ve covered with something, most hardwares were easily got broken (glad we own a hardware store so that’s not a problem but my anxiety was through the roof because they kept breaking on us), and labels on the big parts (we kept guessing which is which—we flipped the tubes for climbing board but didn’t make any difference; just my OCD seeing the holes).

It very easy to assemble and I recommend 2 people—we did things separately; Took us approx 6 hrs with 2 sets of tools. We had Youtube and the physical manual as our guide. I’m 5’4 and 150lbs and have no problems with lifting anything… Just reaching lol, so make sure you have a 4-step stool for the roof and the swings!

We bought this for my 2-y/o toddler. At first I was scared, even though she’s at 86%, I could tell she struggled a bit because of “height issues”. I tried everything before letting her use each part, and my husband did, too. I’m so glad we went with Lifetime; I initially considered getting wooden one but I can’t stand splinters and the look after 1-2 yrs. This is definitely sturdy and can hold our weight together (my husband, my toddler, and I). So we’re enjoying it, too!! I hope this would last at least 10 years. If you are considering this company for ANYTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSHWHERE AS THEY DONT GIVE A DARN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!  I have been hung up on 4 out of 7 calls I made to them and the missing parts are a whole other story.  We forgot to mail them is one excuse I have heard and OH WE ARE SO SORRY voiced after receiving only one of the required parts that didnt get shipped on time.  All of this and my set still sets where I started to build it THREE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE ANS SERVICE!!!!!!
