Sturdy equipment.  The students really enjoy outside play.  The price for this item is fair to the product I received.  It is larger than it appears on their picture. I would recommend this outside playset to anyone, including residential or daycare centers.

Excellent playset

Great product, pretty easy to assemble with two people. The slide is really well made, very sturdy, we had my 8 yr old and 10yr old swinging at the same time and it barely moved around. 
The only negative i have is to change one page in the instruction book to really emphasize the importance of the metal base frame layout and the flooring in the tower so that everything is in line. we looked back to see if anything was said about that and wasn't. it took us 3 hrs to go back and fix the mistake and that's a lot of time wasted with three young children.

This thing is a beast to put together. Make sure you have a ton of time to put this together if you are going to do it yourself. If you have the money to have it put together by professionals I would recommend going that route and saving the stress that is caused by this for something more important. Instructions are clear and the playset is awesome. My 6yr old loves it and uses it everyday its not raining.

Lifetime Adventure Tower

The playset is perfect -- installation was reasonably priced (would have been quickly installed had the weather not rained us out 3 times - but the installer was great with communication) -- and their customer service department was very efficient.  I am super happy and my kids are enjoying it alot!  Just wish I'd opted more a total of 4 swings to stop the arguments... :)

Awesome playset -- I'd recommend to anyone!

I bought the adventure tower monkey bar set. I bought from an online seller not direct and had shipping date pushed closer to Xmas date. The online seller held the package with one of there “shippers”, and they totally ruined the crate and some of the large exterior pieces and slide three days before Xmas. Not lifetimes fault or responsibility at all. I called just to see about cost of parts for the online seller to replace and give a refund for parts. Instead lifetime shipped all new parts immediately for free even though it had nothing at all to do with them. Had the online seller give a discount for the extra work and hassle and for not being done on Xmas too yayyy!  Set is built now and is very nice very sturdy even for my 200 lb dad weight. Kids love it. Like having a commercial set in your backyard.
Also wanted to note I saw some reviews saying instructions were tricky are not detailed enough. I found zero problems with instructions I thought they were detailed enough, only thing I would say is just pay attention to picture so you know which post is which by the screw holes at the top. There was even scan icons for how to videos on each section I didn’t even need to use.
Customer service was so quick no hold no hassle that alone is something hard to find now and makes me feel better about the purchase and the future of owning the play set.

Sabrina made my request for rusted out parts a breeze. A reply email from the start took a while because of covid, and some of the replacement parts will take a while because of covid to arrive. Other than things out of there control my experience was great.

Excellent customer service experience!!

I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering a metal play set but it was relatively straightforward to assemble. There were two steps where I needed a second person. One was getting the roof on top. The other involved two screws in the very center of the tower over and under the floor. My arms just aren't that long and I didn't feel like going inside for tape. The play set is rock solid. There were slight issues with leveling that were easily solved by sliding the slightly higher foot back and forth. Sometimes you had to dig a tiny bit under it so the dirt loosened by sliding had somewhere to go.

I will say the plastic flooring for the tower was a bit confusing. No matter what I did, it would not sit the way it was supposed to. However, it was near a good stopping point for the day so I just left it until the next day and the problem solved itself. Sitting flat in the sun allowed the two plastic floors to interlock the way they were supposed to easily. I guess they were slightly warped from travel and needed to flatten out. The top of the slide had a bit of a similar problem with being curved while I was trying to screw it in. A day in the sun fixed that too. 

Also, the kids LOVE this thing. We put a sand box under the tower. They are always out climbing all over this thing. So are their friends. 

P.S. Don't put the steering wheel on until last. Getting the swing set bar on around that thing is a PITA.

Easier to Assemble Than a Wooden Playset

Directions were good. Took longer to assemble than I thought at first. Well constructed, quality material. A little cool to try out, temperature last night dropped to 1 degree Fahrenheit!🥶

This is a strong and sturdy playground! It was not the easiest to put together so you will definitely want a couple of helping hands.   I gave 4 stars because of the rust that is already starting on multiple joints. Hopefully some rustoleum will help it make last. We have had it for 4 months.

Lifetime adventure tower

Every time I spoke to someone in customer service regarding replacement parts for my playset I ended the call thinking I was fully satisfied, however each time the order showed up it was missing parts. This is the fourth time I had to call them trying to get an anchor kit for my playset which was originally requested 3 weeks ago. I’m beginning to know why the companies name is LIFETIME, because while the customer service is great, it takes a lifetime to actually acquire all the parts you need. Hopefully this time they will get the order straight, hey look, my playset just blew down the street!
