Sara at customer service took all the necessary information, professionally and cordially, assured me I would receive an email in 10-15 min. and so it happened.  Part received in record time.  Called on a Thursday & it arrived Monday.  Unfortunately it was the wrong part.  Spoke to Sara again & we verified the info she had on record was right on spot so she’s ordered it again.  I look forward to getting it right this time, no fault of hers, but thanks to SARA, I believe I’ll be able to complete my outside shed soon.  Kudos to Sara at Customer Service

Very attractive and pretty well designed shed; our only wish was that there were more ventilation options.  Living in a region with very warm summers, we will need to keep one door open during the day.  We watched a YouTube assembly video a couple of times and used the assembly instructions to put it together in two days.  Pretty straight forward.

Very nice, attractive shed.

Purchased and put together right away on a new pad.  One back panel didnt fit like the others which made the following steps for the roof install difficult.  A few other parts of instructions were a bit non specific so we had to backtrack and undo/redo steps to adjust.  Otherwise, quality appears durable.

Great looking, few parts didn't fit correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only frustration is the wall pegs lining up with the floor insert holes and screw holes not easily aligning. Make sure you read manual carefully and watch the video before and throughout assembly.
It is sturdy and looks great. I have to build a foundation before I start to store items inside but it looks to be adequate for what I will need to hold and looks aesthetically pleasing and modern.

Nice, structurally sound, fairly easy to assemble

So far I am impressed by this Lifetime shed. Shipping was easy, confirmed by phone before delivery, and shows up in two boxes on a single pallet. As other reviews mention, the assembly does take some time and a little bit of skill. The online videos are great for reference when the pictures or instructions in the manual are unclear.

I docked a single star from my review because a few of the screw anchors used in the roof assembly stripped or did not hold. If you happen to run into this same issue during your assembly, I found that using a small piece of the excess window seal tape worked like a charm (they provide plenty). Just wrap a small amount of the tape around the anchor before setting it into place. The tape will hold the anchor in place while you drive the screw into the roof.

I would purchase this same shed again.

Great Product   Tip for Assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] installed this shed one week ago and got a installer to put it together looks like it will be exactly what I need for extra storage.
The hooks and the shelf come in handy and think I will order more hooks to get things off the floor.

Great looking shed

Happy with my shed so far, but the assembly was awful. There was a “convenient” video to go with it, but the steps in the video didn't match the manual. The guy in the video is also “easily” able to do several parts by himself, that I could not do by myself in the slightest.  

There are also several pieces that are made of really weak material, and broke right away. I'm having to makeshift a lot of parts for this shed. Plus, I came across multiple areas where I'm supposed to be able to drill right through, only the manufacturer didn't cut out all the holes; I could see several areas where the manufacturer didn't cut holes that were marked. I was also missing a few minor pieces of hardware. 

There were also several times where you have to drill you own holes into the various material. They at least give you a proper drill bit to do so, but I'm not sure why it could not come with some of those holes rebuilt.

Shed = Great   Assembly = Horrid

Could have better instructions and video's have to constantly go back and forth between them to find out what hardware to use etc they do not show/provide that information in the video's which would be more helpful also the labels on parts could be better

Definitely needs improvement

My husband and I worked on this on and off for 3 days.  Instructions are not easy to follow.  Read through them multiple times to confirm what you are doing.  The corner pieces consistently do not fit into the floor.  It is impossible to drill into the dimples as shown.  I would not do this again.

Beautiful shed but hard to build.

I honestly have no opinion about the shed because delivery has been a nightmare.
If you order this and Sam's Club chooses EFW Shipping for delivery, be prepared for multiple days of 10 hour delivery windows with no delivery, no update of expected delivery, non-existent tracking of delivery, and frustrating chats and conversations promising delivery that never happens.
