Amazing customer service!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2nd or 3rd-hand owner of this basketball system - I think it's at least 6 or 7 years old. It's still in great working order, which speaks to the product quality. One of the rim compression springs was missing when I took ownership, as well as a rubber gasket, so I reached out to Lifetime via email for a price quote. They responded immediately and are shipping the items as we speak- at no cost to me! Unexpected result that I am overly pleased about, to say the least. I'm not the original purchaser, Lifetime hasn't received any money out of my wallet, yet they treated me like a life-long customer. Well guess what? I'm a Customer for life going forward. Thank you Lifetime Customer Support!!

Brings Back Memories

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got the 50” Polycarbonate and it is a blast. I just love shooting around, and at the low tier price point, I could ‘t as for a better value or product. Home run!! It is fun to dunk and feel the rim flex on the springs. Super cool, and reminds me of the Graphite hoops in the 90's that had the spring breakaway rims.

Portable basketball hoop

We bought the portable basketball hoop for a Christmas for my son. It was missing a rod to finish putting it together. I contacted the company and with no hassles at all they are Fed ex the part I need. They are pleasant from the time they answer the phone and they are more then happy to get what you need right away. I would purchase from Lifetime again without hesitation. Thank you Lifetime for getting the part out right away.
