[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new LG Washer about a month ago and have been very pleased with it.  I love the front loader.  It cleans clothes in far less time than my old washer and the clothes are practically dry when I remove them from the washer.  I love the digital panel and all the features.  I also like how the washer communicates with the app on my phone and lets me know how much time is left in the cycle and when the load is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washing machine for about a month now and I’m so happy with it! It’s very easy to use and looks great too. I recommend purchasing the pedestal so you don’t have to bend down as much and there is extra storage in it. I love the extra cycle options through the app. The only downside is wiping down the lid and opening after each cycle but it only takes less than a minute and will help keep mold from building.

Great washing machine!

I’ve had my washer for over a month and have been satisfied with my choice so far. Prior to this washer I had the same model washer/dryer for 13 years. Three small tears appeared in the seal about 4 weeks after use, I called LG and they sent a repair person out and the seal was replaced at no cost to me. I have a family of 5 and do at least one load a day. My washer has to have a big drum and needs to be a work horse. I think this LG washer fits the bill. Very happy with my purchase. Since I rely on my washer so heavily I was willing to spend money for quality and durability. I feel the LG is a very good value and is a perfect fit for my needs.

Love My New LG Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a couple of months when my old washer bit the dust. I've been happy with it so far. Seems to do a good job of getting the clothes clean. And I love how quiet it is.  I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 mostly because I've not tried out all the features.

Super quiet washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in April to replace an older machine. Thankful for the updates in front loader technology.  Loving the shorter washing times. After adjusting soap levels, this machine works great for us.

LG Washing Machine

I have only had a chance to run a couple of loads through it, but so far, so good. It's pretty quiet, and does a good job sensing the load and working out the spin with heavy towels so that it doesn't shake all over the place.

The one issue I had is that I have a value that shuts off the water to both lines at the same time. Every once in a while, I forget to open it before starting the washer. I did that on the second load, and it was a much bigger deal getting the washer to recognize that water was now available than it should have been. I had to shut it off multiple times to get it to reset and being the load anew. There should be a way to push a button that tells it, "My bad. The water's available now."

We bought this washer about a month ago, and it has done an excellent job with washing clothing.  Like most of the front load washers we've had, it has challenges with getting balanced when washing bedding.  We attempted to wash a brand new bedding comforter and the washer could not get balanced on its own.  We ended up needing to add towels to the washer so that it could balance and complete the wash cycle. Further, it would be helpful if it had a spin only cycle.

Great clothes dryer but a challenge with bedding

Terrible experience with Sam's Club. It took 3 different appointments and delivery crews to deliver and install this washer and dryer. Once it was finally installed, it was installed incorrectly which resulted in extensive water damage to my home.

The water lines were not attached properly which caused a large amount of water to spray uncontrolled throughout the room. It was so much water that it leaked through the floor and through the ceiling into the room beneath the washer and dryer.

Now I still don't have the washer and dryer installed and have to contend with extensive water damage and insurance claims.
