Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. I called a chimney sweep out to clean my ductwork and he said it was really bad and could have started  a fire. Thank you LG!

Probably saved my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were without a dryer for almost a month so I was extremely excited when our new LG washer/dryer combo arrived! It’s been a month since my purchase and I have to say I have no regrets. I’ve never owned a stackable washer and dryer and I think now that I have one, I can’t go back to side by side. They hold as much as my old appliances do and save a lot of space in the laundry room. Love it!

I had to use extensions, although they don't recommend it.  I had no choice, but it worked out ok. Item is not returnable.

To be clear,  the repair company is trying to get the part from LG. They cannot repair the machine unless they have the part.  So the problem is the availability of parts.  They put in the order but it is in LG hands. This is in addition to the review just written. We don't know how long it will take to repair this brand new machine.
