I love this refrigerator is beautiful i didn't even realize it didn't have standard handles and I do miss standard handles. The coolant replacement cartridge is really easy and simple no more going behind panels or struggling to remove.  Super easy to maintain and I love the separate compartments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What’s not to like about this LG four door fridge? Where do I begin? This fridge is spacious, and well thought out. 
I particularly like the ability of o move the shelves and customize the middle drawer to cool or freezer.  
This is our first bottom freezer and I have quickly grown to love it, the usability is great. I think my favorite thing is ice in the freezer and door. Or maybe my favorite feature is the soft close doors. The friendly beep to remind you if a door is open is extremely helpful. 
A great fridge with many wonderful options!

Storage, style and savings

The Insiders

The jury is still out, so far ok. We are noticing the glass door doesnt close as tight automatically often causing the alarm sound. Might be an installation issue. Finding the deli compartment as a separate unit very handy. I wish overall the build was taller rather than deeper. And the in-door ice-water dispenser is somewhat counterintuitive: select option is only on water while the light travels to show the current selection. Not sure why would select push option wouldn’t follow. Minor, but quite inconvenient when you have people over or a kid with learning disabilities. 
And another minor suggestion, the deli compartment could benefit from an extra divider. I ordered it separately; happy it’s possible.
I do appreciate a more compact in-door unit. Overall happy so far.

After upgrading from an older, smaller refrigerator, this LG French Door model has proven to be a significant improvement to our kitchen. While there are a few minor issues, the overall benefits far outweigh any drawbacks.
Pros:
Stunning Design: The InstaView door with customizable LED lighting (MyColor technology) is visually appealing and practical.
Versatile Storage: The Full-Convert Drawer offers adjustable temperature settings, providing flexibility for various storage needs.
Convenient Features: The ice and water dispenser is a welcome addition, though the nozzle placement requires some attention.
Smart Technology: The LG SmartThinQ app allows for remote control and monitoring, adding a layer of convenience.
Thoughtful Organization: The interior layout is well-designed, maximizing space efficiency.
Water Dispenser Nozzle: The less visible nozzle can be tricky to use with narrow-mouthed bottles.

This LG refrigerator has been a worthwhile investment, significantly enhancing our kitchen's functionality and aesthetics. Its innovative features, smart technology, and efficient design make it a standout appliance. Despite a couple of minor issues, we're very satisfied with our purchase and would recommend it to others looking for a high-end refrigerator upgrade.

Great usage of space!

Two things I really like.. the clear/frosted/color door.  In the morning I have the door with a green color from 5-8 and then in the evening it is orange 8-11.  It isn't always bright white like that.. the light goes off and you knock on the door to turn it on to see. It also opens just that little part so you can grab the things at the front (pop/condiments/pet food) without opening the whole door. I do wish you could have the color rotating through for the time it is on. 
 
Snack drawer.. this I really wanted, didn't care if inside the main section or not but love it out of the main unit.  It can also be a freezer drawer if needed.  I keep cheese, yogurt and prepared snack packs in it.. helps me grab healthier snacks  I prepare the snack packs on Sunday evening for the week.. so some have vegies and dip, fruit with greek yogurt, or peanut, or nuts. Also has the grab and go cheeses.   I am loving this. 
Things I do not like:
I never liked the look of the round water dispense, especially with how stream lined the rest of the fridge looks I do like it being outside.. but I hate that I have to press the middle button to get from ice to water.. but really it goes water, ice, crushed ice (which I never use) back to water.   
The shelves.. some fridges have that adjustable shelf that create extra height.. I thought this one did, but it does not.  So we actually had to remove a shelf just to put milk in (I don't like to keep it in the door). 
The top shelf in the clear-view door, should have a bit of a cutout. It can be difficult to add and remove items from the one side of the door. We are debating seeing if we can order just the shelf as a replacement part and cut it out a bit to create some room to put stuff on the shelf from the front.

Love it but has it small drawbacks

Fridge is a decent size with some good features. We can’t seem to get the water to taste like water, not garden hose water. We can’t get cold water either. This fridge is only 2 weeks old I was hoping for better luck with spending this kind of money on an appliance.

Water tastes terrible

This refrigerator has wildly inconsistent temperatures. We have had 2 gallons of milk spoil even though the fridge is set at 37 and the app says it is cooling well. Installed several thermometers and they were reading 40-42 in the fridge. Had to set the refrigerator temp down to 34 to have the main area hold 36 while the door is still reading 40. A repairman came out and told us the temp was within acceptable specs so he could do nothing with the refrigerator. The best he could do was enter the refrigerator into a program where LG is monitoring the refrigerator. It’s getting expensive throwing milk away. Will no longer be storing milk in the door, even though it 
was designed to access milk without opening the entire refrigerator. Too expensive of a refrigerator to not work properly. Disappointed!

Inconsistent temperatures

This was the worst refrigerator I ever bought. The compressor won’t last long and repair shops refuse to work on them because they are so terrible
