I like this champagne a lot, so I named my favorite way to drink it, the "Pink Plumeria" - for fragrant Plumeria flowers, and the wonderful guava juice served in Hawaii. Fill a wine glass to about two-thirds full with Korbel champagne, and the rest with Kerns chilled Guava Nectar. Cheers!

I am using this in a recipe to make Alsatian choucroute. In this recipe, you mix sauerkraut with a dry riesling, chicken broth, a lot of different meats, onions and garlic, caraway seeds, and juniper berries. It slow cooks for nine hours. Yum! Even better, the cook gets to drink the rest of the wine. :) An AI program told me that this wine would be a good replacement for dry Alsatian riesling, which is not readily available aside from big liquor stores. If you need a dry wine, this is a good selection. Make sure to get the one that says brut rather than extra dry, as the latter is sweeter.
