After replacing my original kitchen faucet with a Chinese eBay spring faucet, I thought I had found the one. The problem was with the spray handle - I went through 3 of them in a 2 year period and each one would start to leak or crack or both. I hunted the internet for a quality replacement and came across this one. When it arrived, I was shocked at how much bigger and sturdier it was compared to the Chinese one. You can just see and feel the difference in quality - this is a serious piece of kitchen hardware. I love this faucet - it was precisely what I always wanted for my kitchen sink! Good pressure, excellent spray handle with a powerful spray. 6 months and no issues.

Bought this faucet 7 years ago when I built my house. The faucet was leaking just a smidge and ordered a washer. Found out that Vigo guarantees their products for any blemishes on their finishes. They sent me a brand new faucet. Great customer servive.

Excellent product

Installation was a breeze, everything is great except the little plastic piece that holds the shower handle, I had to fit/squeeze in a little piece of paper to make it tighter so that the handle doesnt fall and hang all the time.  If you could send me a new plastic part to better hold the shower handle it would be awesome! ;)

great faucet but little one detail ...

After looking at quite a few faucets and finally picking this one I feel like I definitely made the right choice. Love the features and it was very easy to install and it feels very high quality and looks great in the new kitchen. Very happy with my purchase.

Great buy.

I absolutely love this faucet.  I'm a gardener, and the pull down spigot is a dream.  Rinsing is a snap, no more cord issues below the sink.  While the pull down is at work, the 2nd spigot can do what you need to cook, or whatever.
I've been waiting for something like this!

Awesome Faucet

All parts are built to last - from the base and nut holding the faucet to the counter, to the spray arm and nozzle. Very well built. I only wish the pot filler did not occasionally drip when locked on to the spray nozzle. Look forward to many years using this product.

Very Rugged

Been a good purchase. Hardware appears solid. Functions well. Looks great. However it is top heavy so I would not use it on a stainless sink like I have. After installing this it wobbles and made the entire sink flex. Had to install a solid surface sink which eliminated the problem. Ordinary stainless sinks are too thin to support the weight of this fixture.

Good product

It's an awesome faucet, but it does have a few areas of improvement. The pot filler should really be about another 2-4 inches longer. 

The Sprayer needs ~40% fewer holes, or a sliding plate under the face to reduce flow and increase pressure. 

Still, it's an awesome faucet and I do recommend it.

Great heavy duty faucet

Great faucet and quality is outstanding. Just wish the pot filler was a little shorter than the sprayer. Would love to be able to transfer between sinks without having to pull the sprayer out of its holder. Also wish the sprayer was magnetic. Really do love the faucet!

Great faucet

Beautiful and elegant, will definitely be a main focal point when guests enter your kitchen. I get compliments every time someone sees it. I have one con so I deducted one star, I wish the main faucet was two to three inches longer so it extends a little further over the sink bowls.

Awesome faucet

Bought a black Faucet in February 2020!! and I have had problems since the beginning!! The first thing was the water sprayer handle was broken!! Then the paint is pealing off.. This is a very expensive faucet!! I was expecting it to be more durable then this.. I do recommend the The looks of it it’s gorgeous!! But it’s very problematic.. so if you’re willing to deal with the people home to try to see if you can buy a piece go ahead and pay the money if not don’t waste your time
