Preparation: Thaw product prior to cooking.

Storage: Prepare within 3 days of purchase or freeze for up to 30 days.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium-low Add sausage. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F, turning links often.

Stovetop: Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning links often. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add 1/2 cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160°F.

I'll take Johnsonville brats please! We have a family member that prefers a certain Warehouse brats but we notice the difference. The 18 pack is a great price at Sams. We often times will freeze leftovers from the grilling and they are a nice quick lunch or dinner when short on time.

Now that we are near a Sam's Club again, buying the larger pack is a better deal, and I think this pack has better flavor for some reason than the traditional 5 or 6 pack in many stores, or at least the last one we were able to buy them from.
