Perfect for my teenage boy. Came with all the tools to put together, has a front and back light for safety. Also, certain parts fold up for small spaces. Smooth ride! Then only 9 days later we had to return it because it wouldn’t charge. So I’m not sure if it’s the bike and they have problems with it that we didn’t know of. Or we just got a defective one. It was awesome besides that.

Can't get a better value

Compact bike that I purchased to go to the mailbox (on farm, gravel road, 1/2 mile trip) and pick up pkgs at gate.  With the original seat, the roughness on the gravel was too much.  I changed out the seat (Cloud 9) which has springs and soft cushioning and it made a world of difference!  Also had to purchase baskets ( front and back) for carrying mail and pkgs.  It has a very short turn radius and sometimes struggles to get up the hill even with pedaling.

Great Little Bike

I bought this a month ago and it suddenly wasn't getting any power. Full charge but the motor wouldn't run. So I logged into jetson for support and jetson said it would take an hour to get a rep. I ended up rewiring the bike so it would work. I still never got a response from jetson.

It's just okayyy that's it

I purchased this bike for my son at the beginning of May.  He had it for less than a week and the tire went flat. There was no damage to the tire.  I chatted with Jetson support and sent them a video of the tire and they said that it was covered under warranty but it was currently out of stock.  They said it should be back in stock in a couple of weeks and they would send the tire replacement as soon as it was in stock.  It has been over a month and I haven't heard back from them nor have they responded to my requests for a status update.  The link they emailed me to their support page to chat about the status of my ticket is a dead link.  If you go to their website and look at the Parts page everything is out of stock and it looks like it's been that way for a long time.  Don't expect to be able to find replacement parts for this bike if anything goes wrong.

Jetson doesn't have replacement parts

It arrived broken via FEDEX. It has a tag on it STOP if it's broken contact customer service don't return to the store. After waiting for them to reply via email as they didn't respond during normal hours on chat, they request all your documentation and pictures then say they won't do anything to help send you a part to repair it or offer a cash settlement. This is a bulky item and if you live an hour away from Sams Club like myself doing a full store return is not enjoyable. The product itself seems like a good value if you want to chance it.
