Perfect for my teenage boy. Came with all the tools to put together, has a front and back light for safety. Also, certain parts fold up for small spaces. Smooth ride! Then only 9 days later we had to return it because it wouldn’t charge. So I’m not sure if it’s the bike and they have problems with it that we didn’t know of. Or we just got a defective one. It was awesome besides that.

Bought one tested it out and loved it so much we went to our local club and bought another. We go riding every day. People call it a “cheater” bike. I say if it helps me up these steep Ozark hills in my area, then call me a cheater. It is super fun. Best purchase I’ve made in a very long time.

Such a fun bike! This is my 2nd Jetson, 1st one was stolen. Definitely use a U-lock! We ride all day, usually 15 miles bouncing around town when we are camping. Small and easy to keep in RV at night or even in trunk of car. I’m 5’9” and my bestie is 5’4” and we both love them!!

Excellent electric bike, functions just as advertised. Easy 10 minute assembly right out of the box with a wrench and screwdriver included. Manual pedal cycling mode is like peddling a ten speed in second gear, easy to peddle, just have to pedal fast to get anywhere. Using the battery pedal assist is amazing and the cruise control mode fantastic. Built-in front and rear lights is a great added bonus. Easy bike adjustments makes customizing for different people easy. comfortable seat. folds up quick and easy for transporting in a trunk. Fat tires great for unpaved road, and the fold-ability of the bike is why I got this one. Just assembled and test drove today. So far totally satisfied.

Compact bike that I purchased to go to the mailbox (on farm, gravel road, 1/2 mile trip) and pick up pkgs at gate. With the original seat, the roughness on the gravel was too much. I changed out the seat (Cloud 9) which has springs and soft cushioning and it made a world of difference! Also had to purchase baskets ( front and back) for carrying mail and pkgs. It has a very short turn radius and sometimes struggles to get up the hill even with pedaling.

So far, it has been ridden by a 240lbs 6’ human person for a mile. Works great. It also works indoors little too well! The fender on one of the teo that I ordered was broken during shipping so there is that. However, it isn’t terribly broken, but enough to easily notice. Bought 2 for my nephews, said I will have to test them out before they get to have or use them. (Christmas Gifts) -Rides nice -Good speed (even uphill) -Handles weight well -Works great for bike rides -Pedals work as intended -Wish there was little more resistance when pedaling faster

Manufacturers say 15 miles depending on the roads hills etc etc.! I have rode on different roads and different surfaces. I thought it had pedal assist so then I could go 15 miles but it doesn’t! I need to get a mileage Counter so I know exactly how many miles it goes! The most I say is 10 miles!!! I do not have a car and thought it would be a good idea to buy this but it was not !!! I do not think I can RETURN it because I already rode it??? What a waste of money!!!

Broke after 1 month. It has a warranty but I can’t get ahold of anyone from customer service to help me. I’ve called almost a dozen times and after waiting nearly after an hour I was disconnected. I’ve sent emails with no reply’s. Very disappointed and am probably going to have to take the issue up with Sams club now.

Fixed front light, does not move with the direction of the bike. Going slight uphill seems challenging.

Bike was purchased as new but received a refurbished one. Front wheel is crooked, few scraps on the handle bars, and overall dirty.
