I bought this about 3 years ago and I have had so much fun with this I love the lights and I really like how your able to drift really good on this kart or you can just ride around with friends and family so cool I am happy I got this but the kart is dirty because i haven't used it in a long time because I lost the charger but im buying volt x Jetson charger

Had issues with the first kart I purchased where it would not turn on at all and I had to take it back and exchange it. The 2nd one worked and my child loves it. Seems a little slow to respond when press the pedal but takes right off. My child reqlly loves the drift mode and spin the kart around.

Decent kart

Assembly was easy, though on the battery cover lid I had to reverse the clips that snap onto the body because they wouldn't reach the way they came installed.  Also mine has the battery level and horn buttons on the steering wheel, but neither seem to work, but the cart drives fine. 

Our jetson bolt pro bikes have lasted a couple years so far, so hopefully this has the same longevity.

Good little cart

My daughter absolutely loves her go kart and all the drifts she can do. She doesn't love the fact that she can only ride it for 15-30 mins after having it fully charged. The battery doesn't last long at all and has been like this since she got it for Christmas.

Bad Battery Life

Terrible. Did not even make it 6 mo. 
What’s worse is their support. They offer no parts replacement or help. They will offer you 10% off your next purchase. I bought two of their products. Both lasted not even a year for my 8 yo. And we took care of them. Garage kept etc. 
wish I could give 0 stars. They were $400 worth of fun for about 4 months.  Then they say all parts are internal and don’t even offer a way to buy replacement parts.

Terrible service, lasted only 4 -5 months

Issues

I purchased this as a Birthday gift for my Son, he is 60lbs and very gentle with everything he owns. He actually cleans his items and stores things well it is simply how he is. He was so excited to receive this gift and he felt so cool riding around the sub on it. We never even got to the faster speeds due to him learning the slower ones first. Within a few weeks the slow speed stopped working, so we moved to medium and then reverse stopped a few days later, not the machine will not function at all.. 400.00 dollars for a couple of weeks of joy and now utter sadness that he got nothing usable for his Birthday. Such a shady company, customer service did not help, they offered 10% off if I purchase another one, but they told me the design had no revisions! You want me to spend another 400.00 to have the exact same experience??! I will NEVER purchase another Jetson product as long as I live, nobody in this family will. I am an autonomous engineer by trade, we practice making quality items with the least moving parts as possible and if something goes wrong we “own” it, it's our responsibility to support because we designed it! To say “sorry we don't offer parts but you can always buy another! I will even give you 10% off! How does that sound?” Really? It sounds TERRIBLE! What are you guys even thinking!? Wow.. so buyer, please beware.. you will experience tears if you buy from Jetson, I hope this helps someone save 400.00, thanks.

Got this for my son for Christmas before Christmas weekend finished it would quit working and when being moved it would trigger something and it would start going again. My husband has looked at it and he thinks it needs a new at least a new power switch not sure if it needs more it stopped be able to turn on so he has to try to fix that part first. Very disappointed
