A great product, EVERY year!

Finding out about how close to "No Tax on Social Security" isn't a required function of Turbo Tax, but it would be an insightful addition for your users to know how much lower your taxes are for a specific item such as "No Tax on Social Security". I can share with you how I built my own steps to figure our the diference.

The platform is rough, but the help was good.

I originally tried to file my tax return on my phone and there was a glitch, and now I have been struggling for the past 2 months and continue to have issues. I've spent hours in front of the computer (I received a license for turbo tax deluxe) looking up different reasons why the platform is responding the way that it is and how to work around it. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the gentleman that helped me get turbo deluxe was the only reason I've gotten as close as I have to figuring out how to fix the problem concerning getting my return.
