Secure Your Home in Style

Keep your loved ones safe and secure in style with the Summer Deluxe Stairway Simple to Secure Wood Safety Baby and Dog Gate. Measuring 32” tall, this honey oak-stained wood safety gate conveniently helps contain children and pets while complementing your home decor. It fits openings 30” to 48” wide and is specially designed to use at the top or bottom of stairs as well as hallways, with a locking indicator for added security.

Additional Features

Adults can easily open this gate one-handed, perfect for all the times you have your hands full as a parent. The door opens the entire width of the gate so it's easy to walk through, and the no-threshold design minimizes tripping. You can be sure it's secure thanks to the locking indicator and a support foot that provides extra stability. The latch protrusion prevents the door from swinging outward over stairs, so you can be sure you and your family (pets included) are safe and secure.

Choose Your Installation Method

Installing in a doorway or hallway? Use the no-drill pressure mount system with adhesive wall cups and tension bolts - no drilling into your walls or trim. Using the gate at the top or bottom of stairs? The included hardware kit allows you to drill into the wall which anchors your gate for added security, so you can get back to spending quality time with your family in their newly secured space.

Gate Installation Helpful Hints

The included hardware installation kit helps you install your gate quickly and securely. With the dual installation kit, this gate can be attached to a wall or to most single and double square and round banisters (no drilling required on square banisters). To install the hardware mount, you'll need a drill, screwdriver, pencil, and measuring tape (not included).

Amazing!!

I love this gate! It was so easy to install and works perfectly. It will fit a large range of openings and even contains the older toddlers. With the built in rest, it should never sag! A must recommend!

Nice wooden gate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Walmart had the best price. I modified it by adding cafe door hinges to better suit my needs. Works as desired and looks nice.
