Makes the Best Garlic Cheese Bread!

I love this cheese! It's extra creamy when melted and taste great on many dishes. I like it much better for garlic cheese bread than mozzarella, it melts and tastes better. Take loaf of french bread, cut it lengthwise, spread a decent amount of butter on it, and a good amount of garlic powder, top with Imo's cheese and maybe a little dried parsley for color if you have it. Bake at about 350 until the cheese starts to brown...Then Enjoy!!!

I love this cheese. Walmart is one of the only places that sells it, and although high in price, I stretch it by mixing in a little bit of mozzarella and use it on homemade pizzas. Delicious.
