Great St. Louis pizza cheese! I make a shortcut Ruma's Deli Gerber Sandwich with it. Texas toast (frozen), Deli Ham, Imo's Cheese and Paprika!

We use this all the time, add extra to our pizzas we just got.

I regularly purchase Imo's Provel Cheese. This cheese stands alone. It melts very creamy and it can be used in so many recipes to make them over the top delicious. I use it to top my baked mostacioli, garlic cheese bread, homemade pizzas, chicken modiga, french dip roast beef sandwhiches, as a topping for salads, the recipes are endless. I love the concenience of the large bag from Sam's Club. I highly recommend Imo's Provel Cheese!

Not a fresh taste. More like packaged mozzarella than provel. .
