The upside is the cost factor of ink šŸ˜Š The print quality is better then expected šŸ˜Š the only downside we found is the instructions are only available online we donā€™t have the beauty of the internet at home and lack adequate cell coverage to get the required info to set it up so it required a couple trips and finally a link to the neighbor internet for the price of the unit an instruction pamphlet that explains how to access the information thatā€™s imbedded in the printer would go a long way šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø but once setup we are very pleased we have had good luck with HP products for many years

I use the printer mostly for copying. Easy to add ink, easy to use for printing and copying. I didnā€™t give a 5 star review because, as far as I can figure out, I canā€™t increase print size. I copy needle point patterns and would like to enlarge them

Iā€™ve had this printer for two months and I am on my second set of ink, supposedly I was given enough ink to last up to two years?! For no apparent reason the print job stops and spits out a half finished page. This happens every time I print sometimes up to three times.
