Great all in one computer. Very fast. It can also run Android apps which makes it very versatile. I can run any app from my phone. Sam's club shipped this product to my home fast and efficiently

One of the best computers in the market

I had a chromebase years ago and loved it. It became obsolete, and could not be upgraded. There was nothing to be done for it, there weren't any new models to upgrade to and I had to get another computer. I was happy to see this model come on sale at Sam's. It's great, I'm really pleased with the speed. I use it for school and general household use.

Very fast for emails and schoolwork. Big display!

Bought on sale for granddaughter Had touch screen and voice commands. Her school uses Google classroom on Chromebook. She loves it because of the large screen plus a desktop

Great computer

I bought this about 2 months ago…I love it!!! I mainly use it for browsing, docs, emailing, watching/listening to videos, and zoom or teams meetings! It's the BEST HP I've ever owned! Picture quality, sound, speed, and the rotating screen feature is a BIG PLUS for me! I 💯 recommend!  Buy it! It's a GREAT family computer!

Small desk top to do big and small jobs

Great

Overall a very good desktop. Screen looks good, webcam is clear, and speakers get loud. There are two things you need to know. Upgrade the RAM from 4gb to 16gb as soon as you can. 4gb is just too small. Second, occasionally clicking enter on the keyboard fails to wake up the computer, but I found double tapping the screen will absolutely wake it up.  Overall, would recommend this computer.

The google chrome operating system malfunctioning. For some reason I set up my sign in information, but later I can't access my computer even if I know my password, and no customer service support.

Hate it !!!!
