Poor service, I requested my tires be put on the front because that's where my tires were bad. They said they're policy was to put them on the rear and move the rear to the front to which I said ok. Go to pick up my car and the same tires were still on the front. When I confronted them they out right lied and said they rotated them . I had to get a manager and the cover up began. Took over a hour to get resolved. Not a happy customer

Poor service

Delayed installation, quality tires overall

Satisfied, but….

The tires are great.  The service was very bad.  They canceled my first appointment without notice.  I seen a technician spin a customer’s tires exiting the garage.  I had to bring the vehicle back 3 times to reset the tire sensors which I then had to take to the dealership just to have them simply reset.  I have more but I’m tired of typing.

Terrible Service

Tried to buy these tires but could not get them delivered as promised. 13 days with no help from Sams Club. Went with Coscto. Better experience so far. Go with Michellin and Coscto.
