    • We recommend using a sturdy foundation or adjustable base with the GhostBed Memory Foam Mattress. It does not require a box spring.
  • How is this mattress delivered to me?
    • GhostBed mattresses are compressed and vacuum-packed into a smaller box that you’d probably expect! This makes it much easier to deliver and bring inside your home. As soon as you unbox your mattress, it will begin expanding to its normal size, usually within a few hours to a day.

    I've had this product for almost 2 months. It was easy to unbox, had no odor and has been a dream to sleep on. its just the right amount of give under my hips and shoulder ( side sleeper who enjoys a firmer mattress). It's is cooler than my previous mattress 😎 I absolutely love this product ❤️

    Great find and even better price!

    Love this mattress. So glad we took a leap of faith and bought it. We let it for for 24 hours before using it even though it said you could use immediately. So comfy and cool. If you are going to buy a mattress in a box, you need to do your homework. Make sure you can return the product if there is a problem. Matresses in a box can have issues completely forming no matter the brand. Sam's allows you to return this mattress if there are issues even if bought online. When I asked about returns they also advised they can come pick it up to complete the return. Because we would have no way of getting a king mattress to the store!

    An original problem that was fully corrected

    The mattress originally shipped to me had been in shrink wrap for more than a year. It never achieved a proper shape but was like a scoop after several days of waiting for it to decompress. When I contacted Ghostbed, the company rep politely asked me for several rounds of information backing up my claim. After satisfying all of their requests for identification of the mattress and proof of the problem with pictures, I was immediately sent a new matress that had just been manufactured and when unwrapped assumed the proper shape in the expected time. Ultimately, I was completely satisfied with the product and the discounted price I had paid to Sam's.
