Noisy and doesn’t keep cool throughout the entire unit.

There is no thermostat, and the unit is designed to run continuously.<br />To prevent excessive fan noise, place the unit on a firm level surface with adequate clearance for ventilation. Make certain to keep the ventilation grills and fan blades clear of dust/lint/hair.

Frosted up

It has frosted up inside and it hasn’t even been 30 days of it running and it’s fully vented area as well.

Unplug the cooler and allow the frost to thaw and wipe up the water with an absorbent cloth.
