The combination of caffeine, acetaminophen, and aspirin increases the pain relieving effect by as much as 40%.

Relieves headache quickly, cleanly and with a very long-lasting effect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I tried this product I was surprised, the consistency of its results is excellent. The dosage of two tablets is perfect to stop the headache quickly. It leaves no feeling of stomach heaviness or traces of bitter taste. In addition, the duration of its effect is prolonged, which allows me to continue with my day without relapses.

Excedrin extra strength saves the day ! Sometimes you get a headache that is pounding and won't go away. That is when nothing works as well as Excedrin for me. Give it an hour or so and the pain starts to lessen and go away. Must have in my medicine cabinet !
