Delicious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Alpine cheese blend by Roth was truly delicious. When it melts it is absolutely smooth and creamy. It was great to make my favorite buffalo dip. It was also very good on tuna melts and even just on a salad.

Nice blend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love European cheeses buying them all the time but it is usually sold as a whole piece/wedge. When I need grated cheese for my recipes I have to make it myself. This blend just what I needed, no more grated fingers and always on demand! Great taste and convenience!

Great cheese

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the freshness and variety of this shredded cheese blend. I am a fan of the finer shreds, it makes melting easier. This tasted great on a grilled cheese sandwich. It also tasted fantastic in a quesadilla. It melted very nicely and had a wonderful cheese pull.
