Best low carb snack

Large bag of dried mushrooms. Very tasty, good variety of mushrooms. The majority of the larger mushrooms have a light crunchy texture. The stems are stiffer than the caps, of course. Th bag does say that the stems may be harder to chew. If you have bad teeth, this isn't for you. If you are looking for sugar, stay away. I am buying more.
