This allows the product to hold on the vertical surfaces and attack the burned-in food stains and carbon deposits to ease scrubbing required effort and energy.

This ready-for-use professional grade grill cleaner provides professional performance for commercial kitchens and other food service applications. DCT Oven Grill Fryer has been developed for hard surfaces including iron, steel and stainless steel but is not recommended for soft metals like aluminum or other soft metal or painted surfaces. The product has unique capabilities to remove baked-on food, fats and oils while also being an excellent spot cleaner for maximum cleaning efficiency on a daily basis.

DCT Oven Grill Fryer is also an excellent fryer boil out alternative. Simply add 1-2 quarts of the product with a hot water solution for maximum cleaning ability.
