Country Pleasin's blend of spices and meat are stuffed in a natural casing and hickory smoked for four hours. Green onion bits give this sausage a little bit more texture and flavor. It's the sausage that put Country Pleasin' on the map. They've been making this same recipe since 1976. This sausage has a great, tender snap! Based off of our Original recipe with added green onion for the perfect flavor. Great on the grill or in red beans and rice.
