Great for confit garlic.
Easy to peel. Did it all in one go. Simmered in olive oil for an hour. Ready to use with all my cooking and salad dressings.

This garlic is adding so much flavor to my vegetables.

Flavorful

I ferment this whole bag of garlic at one time.  It takes a while to get the skin off but worth it because it is always fresh and the cloves are a good size. I take a half spoonful daily. Also use it in cooking. Wish it was Organic.

The quality is not good. Always have bad spots on the cloves.

This bag of garlic doesn’t look near as fresh as my last bag… the roots look too dark and the outer skins have no color, as if dying out or too old.

No as fresh as before

terrible garlic... gone are the days of Gilroy, CA garlic, this garlic has teeny tine cloves that aren't even worth peeling.  I throw away more of these little cloves than the ones I can use.  Also, there is very little garlic flavor in these, you can use 2x as much garlic and not get the flavor you want.

Sadly, the bag I bought was so old I had to throw most of it out! It happens; and since I don’t know when the best time of year to buy garlic is I just take a chance I’m going to get a fresh one. They do advertise it as fresh and that is not true!

Oh, well!

I bought my first bag on 6/1/2023 and finished it (Spice World).  However, I bought another bag (The Garlic Company on 8/24/2023.  60% are moldy after two weeks on 9/9/2023.
