Love this in my kitchen for cooking or preparing any food it’s very good and healthier for you use it every day in salad or on any food I cook,  it’s always good

I use avocado spray instead of butter or margarine on my toast. I also sprinkle grated garlic on it.

Avocado oil instead of butter!

Chosen Foods Avocado Spray is indeed purely avocado oil, with no other oils added. It's a great, healthy alternative to many of the oil sprays found on store shelves.

Pure Avocado Oil

My favorite non-stick spray because it is healthy and works great!  I wish it was not so pricey though

The oil seems fine, but the nozzle needs updating. Forget trying to spray this in a smaller 8-inch pan without holding it over a sink and wasting product. They need to update the nozzle on this. Would not buy again if it stays like this.

Nozzle Sprays Too Wide & Strong. Messy & Wasteful

Snapped this up as soon as I saw it.  I use avocado oil frequently.  The container and dispensing of the product is wonderful.  Unfortunately it does not seem to prevent my food from sticking to the surface I coat.  I have tried it several times now with the same result.

Great, Not So Great

I've bought this specific product several times and the nozzles always shoot in a stream rather than spray.  So, greasing cupcake liners sprays heavy and leaves gaps and in a pan it sprays hard and sometimes splatters back.

Nozzle shoots not sprays

Both cans expelled the oil in a stream, like a squirt, rather than a spray. I went through it 3x faster to cover the area needed, because it's a straight line instead of fanned application. Super waste of money.

Save your money!

Was not happy with it.  The can doesn’t spray at all.  It is just a stream coming out. It makes a mess.
