Bruce’s yams are the best...  no one can tell the difference in my sweet potato casserole from fresh ones and they’re a lot less work...

This was a great buy for our Thanksgiving Holiday. Enough to feed everyone at our table so thank you Sam's club.

Great value

More liquid than I like but I used it as a base for the syrup.  I ended up cooking mine in the smoker with the ham.  

I made the syrup with 1 cup of the broth, 1-1/2 cups of light brown sugar, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 TBS of vanilla, and a half cup of Burbon (I used smoked maple).  Reduced by about half, poured of the yams and smoked for a couple hours as the ham was warming.  Cover for the last hour.

This was a little too sweet for me but still great version.
