I have tried 3 different earbuds. Apple, Raycon and Bose. I don't know why I ever thought someone else could beat Bose. 
I love these open air earbuds. They work perfectly everyday. Charge fast. Beautiful sound with both audiobooks and streaming music. I love them. My third Bose product since 2010. All still going strong.

When I bought the Ultra Earbuds from Bose, I was a little apprehensive about the sound quality. Being open the way they are I thought it would make the sound less clear than my quiet comfort buds. 
Bose came through again with fantastic sound in a very comfortable fit.

Excellent sound and comfort

Purchased these AirPods as I wanted something soft in my ears rather than the hard ones from Apple that feel extremely uncomfortable after wearing them for any length of time.  
I'm extremely happy with these Quiet Comfort EarBuds and impressed with their sound cancelling feature.  
I used them this week for a long distance interstate travel - they were perfect.

Fabulous features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old ones stopped working after quite a few years so I needed some new ones and wanted to stick with Bose. These are different than my last and it took a few minutes to figure out how to get them situated in my ear, but I like them much better than the older version. Very comfortable and work even better. Love them and will always stick with Bose for my ear gear.

Comfortable - works better than the older versions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you have these earbuds placed correctly in your ears, the sound is amazing! But, it doesn’t stay in place as you’re moving about so it does require adjustments. The sound is really what tells you if it’s correctly placed or not. 
This is my third set of earbuds. Unfortunately my prior two failed almost a year in of using them. They would stop syncing and only one earbud would work and charge. Thankfully I was still under warranty each time this happened.

Sounds great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these for the comfort.  More comfortable than any pair of earbuds I've ever owned.  Sound quality is the trade off.  I have to jack up the volume a little because of the open design, but it perfect for listening to music when I still need to hear the world around me.

Extreme comfort

I purchased my Bose open earbuds about a month ago and the experience is an overall disappointment. 

On the plus side, the sound quality is great, particularly when listening to music 

Also positive is that they are extremely comfortable to wear even if they are a bit clumsy to put on and situate correctly. 

On the down side 
1) the microphone is very poor and every ambient sound affects it. People cannot hear me much of the time or it fades in and out. I have to be completely stationary in a quiet room for them to work. I mostly have to switch to my speaker on the phone. I would not have purchased these had I known it would be this bad 

2) a charge does not last the whole day. They quit about 9 hours into the day. 

Those are the primary things and they are truly annoying. I cannot recommend the product except to listen to podcasts and music.

Disappointing overall.

I bought these because the Samsung live buds are no longer manufactured. I liked the open ear concept but I also liked the fit. Unfortunately the only downfall I have is that when I am on a phone call it is very hard for people to hear me. People say it sounds like I am far away and they can hear a lot of my background noise which with my Live buds that was never an issue. For as much as I use them to make phone calls I am really thinking about returning these as they would not be good for the gym which is where I took my Live buds and brought these to work.

First Bose product I have been unhappy with.
I use noise cancelling earbuds for sleep. I was using a really old pair of WIRED Bose earbuds until they failed. 
These new earbuds, while doing a decent job of noise canceling, are
-too bulky to sleep with (side sleeper)
-the LARGE stability bands prevent the earbuds from seating properly in the case. What's up with that?
---Took me almost a week to figure that out.
-the touch controls seem to activate on their own, challenging when you are trying to sleep.
-touch options are too many and too complex
-don't stay put in my ears while I am trying to sleep
I would sooner spend money on trying to get the old wired ones fixed than continue with trying to figure out how these new ones work.

Not useful as a sleep aid

Performance was unbelievably awful. Used these for a couple of weeks and it constantly struggled to pair with my phone and when it did only the left earbud would work. I'd leave the buds in the case to charge and it would automatically connect to my phone. Cherry on top of the cake, the sound quality was poor. Every person I spoke to mentioned how far away I sounded or they could barely hear me.So sad because in my experience, I've never had an issue with Bose over ear headphones but these earbuds are a completed dud.
