desperately needed to gain weight and these actually taste like Hershey's milkshakes.. I actually drink far too many than I should per day. but I have gained 6 lb in 10 days with a little exercise. I also topped off at 300 lb and then I decided that's just too much and so I went on weight loss shots regimen Etc turns out I wasn't mixing the mixture correctly and I actually lost 100 lb on my own and then stress dropped the rest. now very concerned but those boost drinks taste great and if I feel like I'd have a little sweet tooth that definitely takes care of it I just have to keep the eye on the prize. you can do it if I can do it! good luck I wish you could reach out to me and I could help you but it's a mindset. but just pray about it and those pounds will fall right off.

Since I’ve become my husband’s primary care giver I have as pushing my husband to drink them for the protein and I found myself skipping meals which was not healthy so I started drinking them as well. Not good for our budget because they aren’t cheap but at least we are getting some protein intake.
