arrived damaged - pinch dented n tops broken off

all the cans were pinch dented n top caps broken off. how does this happen...it takes alot of handling abuse. the shippung boxes werent damaged, the product was, which means its happens at the warehouse. ive had MANY canned orders arrive like this. sams needs to retrain the warehouse help and dock pay to cover damaged goods from rough handling n teach a lesson. its apparent they dont care how the handle goods and i dont like paying for damaged goods.
