This sustainability sourced olive oil is still the delicious olive oil Bertolli is known for in 100% recycled plastic bottles.  It is cold pressed for a wonderful well balanced flavor and is made with no refining, heat, or processing.  Just helps bring such a wonderful flavor in everything we use it in.

Use straight from the bottle on salads, pasta, marinades, soups and sauces.  What I like is that it comes in a plastic bottle and it’s heart healthy

Great cooking oil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tasting olive oil. We use olive oil the most in our house for almost everything from frying, cooking, and salad dressings. This was definitely great tasting and worked well for everything we used it. The packaging bottle can be recycled.

Rich flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rich and deep flavor of this olive oil. I think great olive oil has a little kick to it and this one delivers. I pair it as a finishing oil to veggies and protein to help boost my retention of nutrients from the food. Also, the fat really helps me stay full. I love the taste and that it is sustainable! This is a fantastic olive oil and I love the fact that it is sustainably made. The bottle is packaged great and it’s lightweight as well. This is great on bread with balsamic vinegar. I definitely recommend.

Fantastic olive oil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed 1/2 cup olive oil for a recipe and used the last 1/4 of a different brand I had and the other 1/4 with this one and was shocked at how different the quality of this one was. This brand had a rich nice color and was a great thick consistency with a very smooth flavor. I also love that it is sustainably sourced but I wish it had more information about how and what that means.  It did have the origin of product stamped on the bottle (mine was from Spain!) but I would love to have learned more about  it.

Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that this olive oil is sustainably sourced is a bonus. I’m a frequent user of olive oil and this may be my new favorite. I wish it was in a sturdier bottle though, the plastic feels a little flimsy and is hard to hold if it gets oil on it. This is great in salads and as a finisher on pastas.

Who doesn’t love olive oil?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little disappointed with this Sustainably Sourced Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Bertolli. First off, it comes in a plastic bottle and the cap doesn't seal well. In my opinion if you're going to put your olive oil in a plastic bottle, you would want to put a more secure cap on it than one that you can't even screw down onto the bottle. A cork stopper cap is always a better option. Next is the aroma. I love the smell of a good EVOO. One that is fruity, yet pungent. Sweet yet peppery. With a nice, mild olive aroma tying it all together. This didn't have any of those qualities. When I taste it, I feel like i am drinking Canola Oil  infused with pepper. I know this is one of the more inexpensive EVOO's and you can definitely taste it. It is very thick and the bitter hits you right away followed by a strong pepper taste. There is no sweetness, or  fruity, or olive taste for that matter with this oil. It might be okay for drizzling on popcorn, but I haven't tried it on that yet. This Bertolli s EVOO just isn't one that I enjoyed very much. I'll pay the few extra dollars to get a higher quality, better tasting EVOO.
