About this item

Product details

You know how some families have that one special recipe that's been passed down for generations? Well, that's the Bauducco family and their amazing panettone. For over 60 years, they've been gathering every day to whip up delicious recipes with lots of love and care. Panettone is delicious on its own, but makes a wonderful holiday gift too.

The Secret Ingredient: 52 Hours of Love

What makes Bauducco Panettone so special? They pour 52 hours of love into each one, baking them to perfection to achieve that light and delicate taste we all crave. And of course, they use only the finest wholesome ingredients.

A Unique Recipe with Raisins, Candied Fruits and All-Butter Dough

Bauducco combines raisins and candied fruits with an all-butter dough that's naturally fermented for a rich flavor and moist texture. Sounds amazing, right? That's Bauducco Panettone for you!

The Bauducco Panettone History and the Original Italian Recipe

In 1948, Carlo Bauducco, an Italian entrepreneur, arrived in Brazil with a family recipe, a precious piece of alive mass, and the dream of opening his own business in São Paulo. The mother dough used by Bauducco today is the same as it was 70 years ago. So, there you have it—the wonderful story of the Bauducco family and their incredible Panettone. Give it a try and discover the magic for yourself!

Holiday French Toast

I use Bauducco Panetton to make my sweetheart French toast every year around Christmas time...it's better if the slices are 1 1/2 inches thick...I make him enough to freeze (4 loaves) but it is usually all gone by mid February 😆

moist, tender %26 light - perfect with coffee

I am of Polish decent and it reminds me very much of Polish Babka that for years, I made every Easter %26 Christmas. The only difference is the rum. Since I no longer make the Babka, it's the next best thing.

Christmas Tradition

This cake/bread is a tradition, and I always try to keep the regular or vanilla (no fruit) versions in supply for holidays and guests. This is a Brazilian product--technically--because the family emigrated, but I can confirm it beats almost all Italian competitors.
