While other allergy sprays may take hours to start working on the first day, Astepro, full-prescription strength allergy medicine, starts working in 30 minutes.</p> <h3>Long-lasting Relief</h3> <p>This steroid-free allergy spray provides long-lasting allergy relief of indoor and outdoor nasal allergy symptoms; nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy nose for up to 24 hours. Now Astepro allergy is available at its full prescription strength. Astepro allergy has flexible dosing, so it can be used either once or twice daily for allergy relief.</p> <h3>Full-Prescription Strength Allergy Medicine Available Without a Prescription</h3> <p>This nasal spray is steroid-free, alcohol-free and fragrance-free. One spray contains 205.5 mcg of azelastine HCl. This pack contains Astepro Allergy antihistamine nasal spray powerful and effective steroid-free allergy relief.</p> <h3>How To Use</h3> <p>Adults and Children 12 years and over: This product may be used either once or twice a day. I have significant nasal congestion allergies, primarily due to cat dander. This works great when I need it.

Cat allergic rhinitis/congestion responds well.

AstePro is great for my allergies!  I use it everyday when my allergies act up.  Buying it from Sam's is much more affordable than getting it from the local pharmacy

Prior to starting Astepro,  I  would sneeze daily, multiple times per occasion,  despite taking a daily antihistamine and another prescription nasal spray.  Since using Astepro I have sneezed just one time in over 6 weeks.  Astepro is working very well for me.

Right When it is Needed

I suffer mightily from seasonal allergies, resulting in sinus infections. Personally, I get no relief provided by Flonase.

Expensive, but effective in providing relief.

I purchased this for my daughter who has horrible spring allergies. Flonase was helping but not giving enough relief. She tried this nose spray twice and it amplified her symptoms. She went from congested to feeling like she had a full blown cold. She felt worse for about 2 to 3 hours. This happened both times that she tried it. She has been using nasal spray for years, so she knows medicine just didn't work for her.
