So far this machine is exactly what I was looking for. I was nervous but I am so glad I went ahead with the purchase. Yes I can see the pulley ropes will probably have to be changed with a better rope in the future. But I am very happy with the sturdiness the look in the feel of the equipment. It is very strong and stable and very well-made!

So glad I purchased

I've been wanting a Pilates reformer for home but the cost felt prohibitive. This setup is an AMAZING price for a very high-quality machine. The cost of both the reformer and the Cadillac tower is LESS than just the reformer by itself direct from the manufacturer. 

It is very sturdy and super easy to assemble. This brand ranks high in a lot of online reviews for the best Pilates reformers and the price just can't be beat. I love having the flexibility to do Pilates at any time, on my schedule. And it'll pay for itself (over taking classes in studio) in just a few months.

I am lucky enough to have an extra small bedroom in my house that is now a dedicated Pilates home studio. It's definitely not something that stores away easily, so you'll want to have some good space for it.

Amazing price for a high-quality Pilates setup

This reformer did not disappoint! It might not be as pretty as a studio reformer but it works just as smoothly and it looks nice! It has more than enough spring resistance for me and the tower let’s you do almost anything you’d do with a studio wall. Add a ballet bar and you are set! It comes with a wall poster which I cut up and pasted on half sheets of card stock bound by a ring. My only complaints: the shoulder rests are uncomfortable and they can spin which makes me feel unstable on my knees. It isn’t as padded but I’ve gotten used to it. You can fit the straps over the shoulder posts when not in use but I’d rather have hooks.  I’m planning to get some carabiner clips because screwing and unscrewing to move springs around during a workout is breaks the rhythm. I’d buy this again in a heartbeat!

Home studio for Covid-19!

Sturdy went together quickly and I love it. I was going to PT for my core after surgery. They used an expensive wooden version but this
Machine does everything at a much lower cost. 
The springs make the resistance a good level
To workout and tfw trampoline is a plus to work up to!!

It has it all

My wife goes to a Pilates Studio 5 days a week. She really likes this device and says it’s almost as good as the studio ones. I like it for convenience and I can do my stretching and strength building every morning before I’m off to work. It was relatively easy to assemble but it did take 2 people because of its bulk.

great Reformer for the home

I love this reformer & Cadillac combo! It’s a big step up from the 5 cord Aeropilates I have been using. It’s smoother gliding and longer for better ROM. It took about an hour to assemble. All parts and hardware were included. Feels sturdy. It’s not a Stotts by any means, but it also costs a fraction of the price of a Stotts and does the same job. Highly recommend!

All around great machine for the price

I am absolutely loving my AeroPilates Reformer.  The item arrived early and well-packaged.  I did a parts inventory first and was pleased to find a predominate portion of the reformer was "pre-assembled".  It took me approximately 3 hours to complete the set up.  Instructions were fairly easy to follow.  I have been using the Reformer 3x per week. It performs well, moves smoothly with no noise.  I am very happy with this purchase.

Sturdy and Functional Pilates Bench

It arrived in a timely manner, some of the sections were well packaged but the main body arrived with two deep scratches on the carriage area.  It only has 4 springs 2 blue, two yellow.  I wish it had a 5th spring there is space for 5 springs to fit but it only has 4.  It has a bounce panel and a regular foot rest that are interchangeable.  It is high enough from the floor to allow for an average size person to sit on the floor to do more of a variety of exercises. The shoulder rest are too big.  They are not like conventional shoulder rest just two bars with round foam that is too wide or thick for comfortable settling of the neck between them also it is difficult to rest and hold the hand/foot straps with them because the foam is so thick , it is usable but a bit uncomfortable.  The shoulder rest are removable but I have not found something more like a shoulder rest to replace them by.  . I have not used the Cadillac yet but I am looking forward to graduating to a workout that includes it.  Putting the machine together was easy but you do need a second person to help you. It does not come with the box and bar and it would be helpful if it did or at least there as a package that offered it because the box is really necessary to advance in your progress.
Overall the machine will do for at home workouts.  I am now looking to see if in the future I can replace the springs for springs that are stronger.

Love this! Perfect for working out and protecting joints.The only reason I did not
give it 5 stars, is there isn't any instructions on how to use the Cadillac. The sliding piece is rather heavy. It requires two people to lift and carry, or one really strong one to lift. Otherwise, it is an easy assembly.

LOVE IT

The machine arrived in a timely fashion.  There were some issues with parts, so a I called for replacements and was told I would have them in 5 days.  It’s been 12 business days, and I still do not.  Paint is peeling off where the metal wasn’t prepped well. Not a huge deal, but on new equipment it shouldn’t be that way.  The variety of exercises I can do without the replacement parts is great, but the springs are already stretching and showing signs of wear in just 2 weeks.  I will likely be returning the item.

Good thought poor execution

Arrived in good shape, instructions were good, not a lot of info on the Cadillac portion.  Said to log into website with model number and serial number to get a coupon code to access videos on how to use.  My model/serial number did not work so I sent an email to their customer service a week ago with no reply, so basically I have had this for 2 weeks and except for some basic stuff have been unable to use.  Not super impressed, possible return if I don’t get some help soon!
