Stopped working in 6 months

Bought 3 of these umbrellas and absolutely loved them but now one of them stopped going down. Tried everything from reprogramming the remote to cleaning the contacts. Still won't go down.. It's very difficult to manually disconnect the cord to get the umbrella to close. We called both the Support and Warranty phone numbers but neither have returned our calls.. I really love these umbrellas but not good if they won't close.

Umbrella will become useless

Bought this umbrella at a great price. it worked great for the first 1 1/2 months but stopped opening and closing past two weeks. I read how to troubleshoot the issue, and it opened once and got stuck again. If it came with a crank as an alternative in such cases, I would have kept it but instead I returned it today. I am sure the one you buy will eventually have the same issues. Great idea bad product. Do yourself a big favor and just buy a cheaper umbrella and crank it open and closed.

BUYER BEWARS

I wrote a review about this, but somehow it didn't show up in the review posts. So trying again. BUYER BEWARE. It stopped working after 2 months, and you can not reach customer service. It worked great when it did, and it says you have a warranty, but you can not use it because you can not get in touch with them. If this does not convince you not to buy. Do yourself a favor: before you buy, try calling the customer service number 1-888-889-8320. You will see for yourselves. Also email customer support you will get nothing back
