Arrived Spoiled

Product is shipped with a small ice pack to keep the cheese and meat fresh but it'll only last 24 hours at best. Shipping took 2 days so by the time it arrived it wasn't even cold anymore. The cheese and prosciutto is ruined and now I need to find a new gift 3 days before Christmas.

Deception at its best

The items that were supposed to be in the basket were not in the basket. No salami, no almonds, no cheese, no crackers, etc,etc. All that was in the basket was fruit. Why advertise if the items are not available.
