- Use Instructions: Adults and children 6 years and over: one 10 mg capsule once daily; do not take more than one 10 mg capsule in 24 hours. A 5 mg product may be appropriate for less severe symptoms. Adults 65 years and over: ask a doctor. Children under 6 years of age: ask a doctor. Consumers with liver or kidney disease: ask a doctor.

Makes my day better
These liquid gel capsules are super easy to take. I usually take them with a drink. Just to make sure they go down better. And they definitely help me as I am a long time allergy sufferer. my allergies tend to be on the severe side. This helps keep my symptoms at bay so I can keep functioning throughout my day. Itchy watery eyes and runny sneezing noses are no longer an issue.

Effective Allergy Relief That Works
this has been a game-changer for me during allergy season. Daily relief
Provided daily relief for my allergies especially not knowing what they actually were. My ENT recommended that I continue taking them with my allergy shots as it helped with absorption of the shot. It provided all day relief. One dose does the job. I am partial to the gel capsules.
